ADULT: $15.00.
STUDENT: $12.50 (THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL, OR COLLEGE WITH ID).
DISCOUNT: $12.50 (SENIOR - 65 OR OVER, PAST OR PRESENT MILITARY).
CHILD: FREE (5 AND UNDER).
FAMILY: $40.00 (UP TO 2 ADULTS AND THREE CHILDREN UNDER 18).
GROUP: $10.00/PERSON (FOR GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE WHO MAKE RESERVATIONS AHEAD OF TIME).
HOURS: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (LAST ADMISSION 4:15 PM). TUES - SUN.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
The Museum is located in historic downtown Savannah at 41 Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard, between the Holiday Inn and The Grey restaurant. Ships of the Sea is only one block west of City Market and a few blocks north of the Visitor Center. Free parking is available for guests in the Museum's parking lot located on the south side of the building. To view a Google map of the Museum's location please click here.
TOURS & GROUP PROGRAMS
The Museum is arranged for self-guided tours. Please expect to spend at least one hour on site to explore the galleries and gardens. For groups of 10 or more, Ships of the Sea can provide a guided tour of the Museum with a reservation in advance. RESEARCH, APPRAISALS & DONATIONS
Given the Museum's mission, acquisition of artifacts is limited to items relating to Savannah's maritime history. If you have a item for donation you feel would be appropriate to the Museum's collection, please contact us via email.
Ships of the Sea does not offer appraisals of maritime artifacts, nor is it equipped to provide research services.

THE GIFT SHOP
The Museum's gift shop contains a large selection of books related to maritime life, arts, and history. In addition there is also a variety of books on Southern gardening, architecture, and history. ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
The parking lot has curb cuts and four handicapped spaces.
The Museum's gardens are wheelchair accessible. The North Garden features a wheelchair ramp which provides access to the Assembly Room where handicap restroom facilities are located.
The main floor, housing the principal part of the collection, is eleven steps above ground level, the second floor is 22 steps above the main floor.
Persons with disabilities or mobility issues may use the wheelchair lift, located under the Museum's south porch for access to the main floor. The lift is accessible via the Scarbrough Garden - the grounds behind the Museum.
The lift has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. Unfortunately, our lift is currently out of order.
The second floor is accessible by stairs only. Persons with disabilities may view a video of the second-floor collection in the Museum's gift shop.
