This immersive, nautical-inspired art exhibition features original mixed-media works, limited-edition prints, and a dramatic site-specific installation suspended in the museum’s historic atrium.
Blending fine art, ceramic fragments, and intricate hand-drawn illustrations, Strati’s work transforms broken porcelain into visual narratives that explore memory, transformation, and the enduring power of beauty in unexpected places. Visitors will encounter delicate reimaginings of heirloom plates—each drawing viewers into stories shaped by the sea, the sky, and the invisible threads that connect past and present.
Whether you're an art collector, a design enthusiast, or simply seeking inspiration, Beyond the Plate: Sea and Sky invites you to see fragility not as an end—but as the beginning of something new.
All original works and a selection of limited-edition prints are available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds supporting Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum. See below for more information on purchasing.
